General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Broadshore responsible for managing legal and compliance affairs for the firm, advising the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer on legal and compliance matters pertinent to Broadshore, and serving as primary liaison to the firm’s external counsel and regulators. Previously, Ms. Branzburg served as Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel at PIMCO for its alternatives/private equity funds. Prior to PIMCO, Ms. Branzburg was an Attorney in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings LLP. She is a member of the California Bar.
