After 35 years of success managing real estate investments on behalf of our clients, Broadshore is now part of a larger platform. We are joining the Milhaus team along with SRG Residential, for a fully integrated approach to multi-family, uniting development, construction, investment, property management, and real estate lending under one shared vision.

We will continue to serve you in the steady, relationship-driven way we’ve always invested in real estate on behalf of our clients, evaluating each deal on its own merits. As part of the Milhaus platform, Broadshore will be the SEC registered advisor and focus on its lending activities and work with the Milhaus platform and SRG Residential on investment, development, construction, and property management. The combined platform provides a deeper market insight and expands capacity across preferred, bridge, and construction financing.
