With the ability to provide non-recourse, higher LTV senior and mezzanine debt, we can generate equity-like returns with equity subordination for all property types including hotels and other specialty property types. We take an active approach to loan servicing to maximize the likelihood of loan repayment. While our goal is for every borrower to repay their loans, as a highly experienced operator ourselves, we have the ability to take control of an asset to help protect value if the situation dictates.
