Responsibilities include participation in new transaction sourcing and underwriting, and oversight of existing assets, from acquisition through business plan execution and disposition. Ms. Fernandes has a long history in the management of value-add assets. Most recently, she was a Regional Property Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners based out of Seattle, WA. Previously, she was with Horizon Realty Advisors for nearly 10 years as an Investment Manager with a national portfolio of privately owned and syndicated multifamily assets.
