- Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Broadshore’s Special Situations Debt Group (“SSDG”), Mr. Sheets provides strategic oversight of proprietary research, investment sourcing, structuring, and the resolution of non-traditional and high-yield commercial real estate credit investments. Previously, Mr. Sheets was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Clarion Partners, founder of AlumCreek Holdings prior to its acquisition by Clarion Partners, and Senior Principal with Square Mile. Mr. Sheets earned his BBA from George Washington University and his MBA from Harvard University.
