Executive Vice President at Broadshore with primary responsibility for the oversight of the firm’s investment performance. Mr. Pomeranz also oversees the firm’s legal and asset management functions and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Pomeranz was a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations Debt Group at Clarion Partners.  Mr. Pomeranz has 27+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including with Clarion Partners and with Lehman Brothers Holdings.  Prior to that, Mr. Pomeranz was a Partner with Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt and an Associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
