Senior Vice President at Broadshore leading the firm’s loan acquisition activities nationwide.  Responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of loan acquisitions from sourcing and diligence through closing and actively managing loans from acquisition through business plan execution and disposition.  Previously, Mr. Pomeranz was a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations Debt Group at Clarion Partners.  Mr. Pomeranz has 25+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including with AlumCreek Holdings prior to its acquisition by Clarion Partners and with Lehman Brothers Holdings.  Prior to that, Mr. Pomeranz was a Partner with Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt and an Associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
