Vice President at Broadshore leading the firm’s multifamily acquisitions on the east coast.  Responsibilities include implementation of multifamily investment strategy, from sourcing and due diligence through closing.  Prior to joining Broadshore, Mr. Clukies spent 13 years with TGM Associates where he specialized in sourcing and underwriting core, core-plus and value add multifamily transactions.  Previously, Mr. Clukies was an associate with the New York office of CB Richard Ellis.
